“Breast is nourishment is life is sun is round and warm and full. A simple drawing of a breast is the symbol for Sun, nourisher of all life. And life is sacred, so breasts are sacred, so women are sacred, holy, whole.” Susun Weed
I used to have not much of a connection to my breasts. They were there and looked good – young and taut – but they did not have much of an importance to me until my son was born. My breasts became alive!
But after 2 years of breastfeeding, I had to get used to these new pairs of breasts. They were much more sensitive and sensual, but had also changed its shape. The former firmness had gone & the area around my nipples had grown bigger. Before my pregnancy they looked like “innocent girls”, now they look like “grown up women”.
It was then that I started to talk to my breasts, to get in tune with them, to listen to them. And once I listened, I started to give them love through particular exercises and ancient practices.
I learned how to firm them, raise their sensitivity & slightly enlarge – naturally.
I gotta admit that this is only a small part of all the practices & techniques I use. I wanted to add so many more things but it would have been too much for one video. For more tips, tricks & ancient practices CLICK HERE.
