#1 Organic Garlic
Garlic has both antiviral and antibacterial properties, which means they are better than antibiotics which can only ‘treat’ bacterial infections. The great thing about garlic though is that it comes without the horrible side effects antibiotics can cause. Garlic also can kill a yeast infection, which if this is what is behind your vaginal infection – will be welcomed greatly. #2 Organic Grapefruit Seed Extract & Tea Tree Oil
Vaginal infections are often caused by bacteria, fungi, or parasites. When you have one, it is important you don’t use any soaps or perfumed products at all on the area, but instead try adding a few drops of grapefruit seed extract (with a little tea tree oil too if you have some) to the water you use for washing.
Try the following vaginal rinse for at least one week: Add 1 to 3 drops of grapefruit seed extract to a 150ml to 200ml glass of warm purified water and mix well. Next, take up this mixture into a commercially available syringe (one without a needle), carefully insert, and squirt the mixture into the vagina. To do this, lie on your back and lift your pelvis. Repeat every 12 hours during the first 3 days of the treatment, then once a day until the infection clears.
