Something deep is happening within my spirit and my soul. I feel an indescribable peace, synchronicities are abounding and my sexuality is taking on new heights.

I have been working with yoni eggs which are various types of crystals that are carved to the shape of a small, medium or large egg. The crystal eggs are used for different purposes depending on what energies they emanate.

I found out about crystal eggs from a young woman who teaches on sexual health and promotes the yoni eggs for internal healing.  She told me about the eggs and some of the benefits they were known for.

As I thought more about the work I knew that I needed to do, the more I thought about using them. I was already into crystal energy, having collected quite a few stones that would assist in chakra alignment and bringing out my true essence.

When I made the decision to begin using yoni eggs I knew I was ready for major healing with my divine being; my womb space.

I was also ready to enter that next level in my life where I could be more embracing of my sexuality instead of fearful of its inherent power. I definitely had basic knowledge of my femininity and sexuality, my cycles, the ebb and flow of it all, but there was so much more to be discovered.

I read quite a lot about the different energies of the stones before I made the decision to begin with Amazonite and Rainbow Moonstone. Those particular crystals seemed to resonate with me the most at the time. My Amazonite stone has pushed me forward; it has been the catalyst for major changes that I needed to manifest in my life. I credit the energy of this stone with helping me to come out of my shell. I found my voice and I was ready to be heard. My moonstone has helped me to reconnect with my emotional side; my yin side; my femininity.

Becoming more in touch with my spirit has helped me to reclaim my sexuality from outdated modes of thinking. I knew that in order to tap into my creativity, I would have to tap into my passion. I was not the least bit intrigued by the fact that the crystal eggs were usually worn inside of the yoni.

The Intriguing Benefits of Wearing Crystal Eggs

Some of the many benefits of wearing a crystal egg are:

• enhanced sensitivity
• the ability to contract the vaginal muscles around its shape
• thereby strengthening the walls.

And of course the most wonderful benefit is an overall increase in wetness! Using these eggs was an act of self love that would propel me into a new awareness about my body.

I decided to keep a journal of my experiences, dreams and any other notable changes that I have had since using my yoni eggs. My favorite time to wear my eggs has been during ovulation or just after my cycle ends.  It is during these times that my sexuality is at its peak and the eggs help me to work with that strong energy.

I clean my eggs after every use and I also cleanse their “energy” by taking them to the ocean and bathing them in the salt water. I then allow them to air dry as they absorb the sunlight or moonlight; especially from full moons.

I have enjoyed reading over the entries in my journal to see how far I have come on this new venture. There was one particular entry that was quite intriguing and even now when I think about the experience, I am still in awe of the intensity I felt. I wrote:

“Yesterday evening as I was returning home from running an errand, I felt this powerful energy within me. It was so huge and so indescribable that I don’t have words for it. I was thinking about someone that I felt connected to. I don’t know if the emotions surrounding how I was feeling enhanced my energy but something was happening. Something overtook my spirit and made me feel passionate and sexually heightened to the point that I had to just sit in the car for a minute after I parked. I felt a stirring, a buzzing in the center of my womb. It was undoubtedly powerful! Without touching my body in certain areas that can cause me to orgasm; I mentally took myself there and it was delicious.”

This and similar experiences have created within me an awareness of my creative power.

Tuning Into The Power That Has Always Been There

I’m tuning in to the power that has always been there; just waiting to be recognized and embraced for what it is.

I have shared with other women about the benefits of using yoni eggs and how they have affected my life and my sexuality. There are many women who are extremely open to using the eggs for healing their womb space and creating a much needed outlet for their sexuality. There are also some who may need a little more time to embrace the concept of yoni eggs. If I had heard about yoni eggs ten years ago, I can only imagine what my response would have been.

I am okay with that knowledge as I think about how life happens in seasons. I was in the beginning stages of my budding sexuality then. I was in a different space years ago and I don’t even think I knew where my g-spot was yet! I was aware but not aware at the same time, finding things out as I went along.What I had held onto as truth for so long would have to be released; I needed more.

When I wrote out my thoughts and really connected to what I knew I was feeling deep inside my soul, I knew I was ready for a radical change. Once our divine sexuality is tapped into, it can only escalate to more blissful states of being, as we unapologetically embrace ourselves for the orgasmic, beautiful and blossoming butterflies that we are as women.
